📦 Order Tracking Guide
Track your orders and manage delivery expectations on TorZon Market.
Order Status
Every order's real status lives in the dashboard order panel, not in whatever a vendor told you in a message three days ago — check the panel itself rather than relying on memory. Orders move through four timestamped stages: Pending (vendor hasn't confirmed yet), Accepted (vendor preparing it), Shipped (in transit), and Delivered (awaiting your finalization). The detail worth internalizing is exactly when the auto-finalize countdown starts — at the Shipped transition, not at the moment you placed the order — since a vendor who takes a week to accept an order doesn't eat into your response window at all, but a week of postal delay after shipping does. Get in the habit of checking active orders every 2-3 days; a status change you miss for a week is a status change you're reacting to later than you needed to.
Delivery Times
3-7 business days is a reasonable domestic baseline, while international shipments commonly run 1-4 weeks depending on route and method — but the number that actually matters is whatever the specific vendor states on their listing, since that's the commitment you're actually holding them to, not a generic average. Customs processing, ordinary postal delays, and the extra handling that goes into discreet packaging all add variance on top of the base transit time, and none of them are unusual on their own. What is worth acting on: an order running more than 5 days past the vendor's own stated window. At that point, a status-check message to the vendor is the reasonable next step — not immediately assuming the worst, but also not waiting silently while the auto-finalize clock keeps running in the background.
Problem Orders
When an order runs late, message the vendor first through the market's own system — most delays turn out to be ordinary postal friction that a quick status check resolves without escalating anything. If 48 hours pass with no response, or the auto-finalize deadline is closing in regardless of whether the vendor answers, open a dispute rather than continuing to wait — waiting past that point doesn't buy you anything except less time for a moderator to work with. Filing at the literal last moment is its own risk: a rushed dispute with details missing can get rejected or delayed on a technicality that an earlier filing would have avoided entirely. Bring everything relevant when you do file — order date, the vendor's stated delivery window, and the full communication history — so the moderator isn't reconstructing the timeline from scratch.
⚠️ Important Warnings
- ⏱️ The auto-finalize clock starts at "Shipped," not order placement — know which stage your order is actually in
- 💬 Message the vendor first when a delay happens — most turn out to be ordinary postal friction, not a scam
- 🚫 No response within 48 hours, with the deadline approaching, means open a dispute — don't keep waiting
- 📋 File with full details (dates, window, message history) — a thin filing at the last moment risks rejection
